A LITTLE HELP

Before you
begin.

A few practical details about making something personal.

Getting started

What is a Bloomletter?

A personal digital keepsake made from cards: letters, photos, music, and optional voice notes, with an animated opening.

Do I need an account to try it?

You can open the studio and work on a local draft without an account. Account-based saving and sharing need the connected service.

Where should I start?

Choose a starting point from the collection, or open the studio to begin. The step-by-step guide explains the process.

Saving & sharing

How do I save a letter?

Sign in from the studio to save a letter to your account. Use your profile to manage saved letters. A local draft stays in the browser you used to create it.

Is my letter shared automatically?

No. Sharing is opt-in. Use the studio’s sharing controls when you are ready to create a link for your recipient.

Can I stop sharing a letter?

Archive the shared letter to revoke its link while keeping the letter in your account.

Can I preview it first?

Yes. Use preview in the studio to see the opening and the cards as your recipient would, then return to editing.

Premium & playback

What does Premium add?

Premium adds voice notes and higher content limits. See the current Premium options in the studio for the details available to your account.

Will music play on every device?

Playback depends on the linked music provider and the recipient’s browser. They may need to tap to begin playback.

Can I use Bloomletter on my phone?

The site adapts to smaller screens. The landing page also respects reduced-motion preferences.
