Purchase availability

Online purchases are currently unavailable. This policy describes the refund terms intended to apply when live Bloomletter Premium purchases launch. Free use and unpaid invite codes are not purchases.

When refunds are available

Our voluntary refund policy covers duplicate charges and unresolved technical problems that prevent us from providing the Premium features you purchased. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee for a change of mind. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or additional rights granted by the checkout seller.

Duplicate charges and technical problems

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a technical problem prevents access to the Premium features you purchased, contact us with your receipt or order number. We will investigate, help restore access, and arrange an appropriate refund where the purchase was duplicated or the paid service cannot be provided.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your receipt or order number and your purchase email. Do not send passwords or full card details. If a payment provider is identified as the seller on your receipt, you can also use its refund or support link. We coordinate refunds through that seller’s payment process.

After a refund

A full refund reverses the paid Premium upgrade; you can continue using free features. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear depends on the seller, bank, and payment method. Keep a separate copy of any important content before a refund changes your access.

Your consumer rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights under applicable law. Where the checkout seller’s policy or applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
