BLOOMLETTER
Terms.
The terms for creating, saving, and sharing with Bloomletter.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Who provides the service
Bloomletter is the brand of an independent individual operator based in Morocco. These terms cover bloomletter.app and its letter studio. Contact [email protected] for support, complaints, or questions.
The service and your account
Bloomletter is browser-based software for creating personal digital letters with text, photographs, drawings, voice recordings, and music links. The public relationship journal is free reading. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your content and sharing
You keep ownership of the content you create. You give Bloomletter permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission to share another person’s personal information or images.
Saved letters are private by default. When you enable sharing, anyone with the link can view the letter, subject to any password you set. Revoking a link cannot remove screenshots or copies already kept by recipients. Previously issued media links can remain available for up to five minutes.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bloomletter for unlawful content, threats, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, copyright infringement, or disclosure of someone’s private information without permission. Do not attempt to bypass account controls, disrupt the service, or distribute malicious files. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse or protect the service. For questions about an access restriction, contact support.
Premium and payments
Premium is a one-time account upgrade at the price and feature limits shown on the Premium page. It is not a subscription. Online purchases are currently unavailable. When checkout is enabled, the seller and payment provider, applicable taxes, and final amount will be identified before payment. Access activates after confirmed payment.
Any purchase is also subject to the checkout seller’s terms. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability, storage, and third-party services
Bloomletter depends on hosting, authentication, storage, and linked media providers. Maintenance, outages, or changes to those providers can affect availability. Save separate copies of irreplaceable content. A one-time upgrade does not promise permanent storage or a service that will operate forever.
External music and video services operate under their own terms and may remove content or limit playback. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and letter information is handled.
Changes and questions
Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law or retroactively change the price you paid. For a concern about the service, contact [email protected]. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
